What is a DISC Personality Test, and How Can It Benefit You?

If you’ve not heard of DISC personality tests before, you may be aware of them by another name: colour personality tests. They are the leading self-assessment tool to help employees develop self-awareness, improve communication, build stronger workplace relationships and manage conflict.

The DISC personality test is used to analyse an individual’s behavioural style. It measures four different personality traits: dominance (D or Red), influence (I or Yellow), steadiness (S or Green), and conscientiousness (C or Blue). By identifying an individual’s dominant traits, the DISC assessment can provide valuable insights into their strengths, weaknesses, and communication style.
