Hey, folks! At Delphinium, we’re all about looking after our mental and physical health. And that’s why we’re stepping up and taking on Mind’s 100 Miles in March challenge. Amy and I have made a pact to walk 100 miles this March, an average of 3.3 miles a day. Here’s what we’re aiming to achieve by doing so:
- To spread the word about how walking can help improve physical and mental health.
- To improve our own mental and physical wellbeing.
- To raise some cash for Mind, so they can continue doing their fantastic work helping people in need.
Last year, Mind raised a whopping £315,000 through this challenge, enabling them to answer over 36,000 calls from distressed individuals. This year, we’re determined to help them exceed that amount!
Staying accountable
Accountability is a big deal for us at Delphinium; we discuss it regularly with clients. So, we need to practice what we preach. Amy and I will be holding each other accountable, and we’ve even created a mileage calendar on this page, which means we’re also holding ourselves accountable to you!
We’ll provide regular updates to let you know how we’re doing. Please feel free to give us a verbal kick in the behind if we forget.
