How can I pay for my ILM course?

What support does Delphinium offer to ILM students?

At Delphinium, all our learners will have the following support available to them:

How will I be assessed?

Assessments are vital for checking your progress throughout the course. At the end of each module, you’ll complete a bite-sized evaluation, a written work-based assignment or a presentation. The method and number of assessments will vary according to your chosen modules.

This continuous assessment ensures that your tutor can consistently monitor your progress and provide any assistance you may need when needed.

How do ILM qualifications compare to other types of qualification?

The list below provides a rough idea of how ILM qualifications compare to other qualifications:

Level 3 – A-Levels, GCSEs in applied subjects, Level 3 NVQs and Level 3 BTECs.

Level 5 – Equivalent to the second year of an undergraduate degree, a diploma of Higher Education, HNDs and BTEC Professional Diplomas, Certificates and Awards.

Will I need to take time off to study?

If you enrol on one of our live courses, you will be required to attend workshops between 9 am to 5 pm during the week. The number of workshops and frequency will depend on the qualification and cohort start date. Most employers are accommodating when it comes to taking time off for vocational studies, where there is a direct link between your role and the course.

However, our online programmes are more flexible and enable you to manage your studies around work and home life.
